Since 2006, I have been collaborating with the Door County Pulse as an Art Consultant and Designer. I am responsible for weekly ad designs for the Peninsula Pulse newspaper working directly with sales and clients. I am currently producing and checking the technical accuracy of 100-320 ads per week. In conjunction with the paper, I am responsible for ad creation and technical accuracy of a quarterly magazine, Door County Living that averages about 140 ads per issue. This is an extremely fast-paced responsibility due to the weekly deadlines and tardiness of most of the clients. Accuracy is the key to this extreme environment and communication between all partnerships is imperative. Because this is a small company, and few are capable of my skills, I also design outgoing posters and online ads when the need arises.
